The 33rd EAVA congress will be entirely held online. Access to the conference documentation, the different sessions for the oral presentations and the virtual environment created for the social breaks, poster presentations and meeting with colleagues and sponsors, will be centralised via a dedicated module on the digital learning environment of Ghent University: UFORA.
After registration and payment of the registration fee, participants will receive guidelines on how to access this digital environment. Access will be granted based on the e-mail address entered during the registration.
All communication specifically directed towards registered participants will be distributed using this platform. We kindly remind participants that, if they want to receive e-mail notifications of the announcements posted on the announcement board, they need to change their personal settings (specifically: “notifications”) in the UFORA environment as explained in the guidelines provided.
